Eva: Week 22

Evita Pilar, You began this week in Texas and ended it in Hawaii. You’ve been through a 5-hour road trip and 9 hours of air travel. You did really well considering the circumstances! On Tuesday and Wednesday we explored San Antonio and you got to spend some time with your Tia Ashley and Uncle Ryan. Thursday was the long plane ride back to Hawaii. Yesterday you turned 5 months old and we celebrated by going to Waimanalo beach! You’ve tried some new foods this week, including pineapple, watermelon, and plum. Plum is the first food item you have tasted without making a weird face when it first hits your lips. I’m planning on buying a food processor soon so I can start making you some baby food. I don’t really want to give you the gerber stuff. I’m stoked that I’ll have time to do it now that I’m officially a stay-at-home-mom. I’m YOUR stay-at-home-mom! I’m looking forward to the next three years on the job.

  1. That baby pink Adidas track suit is insane. She looks adorbs and super hardcore. She just needs some sunglasses on and people would probably think she was a baby celeb. Paparazzi would be swarming! πŸ˜‰

  2. I made all of Emma’s baby food. I loved doing it. I would definitely recommend it.
Your little lady is a cutie. Isn’t it crazy how fast the time flies once your life is graced with a little one?

  3. That’s awesome that you’re wanting to make home made baby food for Eva! I wish I could have made all of Emery’s food myself. I even looked into getting a processor. But, with my work schedule at the time I wasn’t able too. πŸ™ I didn’t want her eating Gerber though so I opted for organic baby food instead. πŸ™‚

p.s. Fourth picture down. I died.
She’s so stinkin cute!! She looks just like you too!
