    Hi! I just stumbled upon your blog and I’m so happy I did! I just found out that I am about 6 weeks pregnant and your blog has really helped to motivate and inspire me to continue my running and yoga routine even when I feel like I want to quit. I love how you straight up say that it’s all about hard work and discipline, no beating around the bush. It’s just what I need to hear. I can’t wait to get on the treadmill tonight after work!

    Hi – how do you find time with 2 kids? Are you a working mom?
    I have a 5 months old and I am already overwhelmed and started skipping gym. Looking for some motivation and your response would really be appreciated

      I don’t work other than this blog, but I had my baby while I was in law school and then studying for the bar so I know what it’s like to have other responsibilities. Back then I’d wake up super early (like 5am) and go to the gym so that my husband would be home to watch the baby. I found I actually had more energy then than at 5pm when I was done with everything else for the day.
