52/52 {a portrait a week}

Evita in her Christmas dress.
I really can’t believe this is the last portrait of the project. I don’t think I’ll be participating in the link-up next year, though. I’ll be starting up weekly baby updates for Damian again and I think it would just be too much. I’ll still do a portrait-a-day, which I share on Evita’s private Facebook page. I had fun this year, though. I’ve found a few blogs through the project that I will continue to keep up with.
Here are all the weekly portraits from start to finish:
I love being able to see Evita’s changes throughout the year.
She’s grown up so much since last January.
I definitely think my photography has improved as well.
I hope everyone has a wonderful new year. šŸ™‚

  1. I agree as well, I’ve enjoyed seeing how your framing has evolved. So, 1. I love classic looks for like girls so this one may have won my favorite for the year. 2. Even before seeing this collection, I’ve had the thought (even today with this post) of how much she looks like a little girl and still looked like such a baby when you guys arrived there. 3. I’m just getting a bit more online so we’ll see if I can squeeze in a few proper updates. We’re in Quito through the New Year, so maybe not. I hope you and the babies enjoy a special New Year! Besos desde Ecuador!

    P.S. What’s your favorite photo of the year?

  3. Hasn’t this been a great way of documenting the changes big and small that take place in the course of a year? I mean, I can’t believe how little baby E looked at the beginning of this project. And now she’s like this total girl…soon to be big sister!
